Domestic Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. Please note that we make every effort to fulfill your orders quickly as possible.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.  For now, we offer a simple flat $4.99 shipping rate on all orders no matter weight or cost of the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In order to check the status of your order and/or track it, return to www.mynecessity.com to create an account.  Click Account at the top of the website's header (next to Cart).  Enter your email to receive a one-time pin code to log into your account.  

It only through creating an account with Necessity can keep see the estimated delivery date of your item.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Operation@mynecessity.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers we use may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your order falls into this group, we will reach out to you via email to mediate this conflict by choosing another shipping destination.
